Kat's California Salsa

Kat has been making her salsa ever since she was a little girl growing up in Southern California.  A 5th generations So Cal Girl, she was brought up by her "abuelita" Catalina de la Vega, a native of Guadalajara, Mexico who shared with her all her wonderful recipes for authentic Mexican Food. Kat moved out to Pennsylvania 12 years ago with her family and knew that she wasn't in Kansas (or in this case, So Cal) anymore!  No authentic Mexican to be found!  Devastation!!!  She decided to make her own...She started bringing her salsa to parties, to work, etc.  People began asking for it.....and the rest as they say, is history!
